I would have added a full cape to the Blastoise dress, and a half cape to the Wartortle dress, following the make of the Squirtle shawl.

Oh, yes, it's perfectly fine if you disagree with me there. It is just my opinion, you know. I read a lot of fanfics, and was merely of the opinion that, while excellent, it wasn't the very best one I'd ever read.
But as I say, no other has nearly brought me to tears, so that counts for something ^^
